27 October 2026 Our Reference: — Expiry Date: 25 January 2027 (90 days from issue) TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Re: [Client name] (DOB: —) Confirmation of Indicative Mortgage Borrowing Capacity We write to confirm that, based upon the financial information supplied by the above-named applicant and assessed against our panel of over 55 residential mortgage lenders using the Mortgage Brain Affordability Brain platform, the applicant has an indicative maximum borrowing capacity of £220,000 (220,000 pounds sterling). This figure has been assessed on a capital and interest repayment basis over a mortgage term of 25 years. This letter does not constitute a mortgage offer or an Agreement in Principle. It is an indicative assessment of borrowing capacity intended to assist the court and the parties' legal representatives in financial remedy proceedings. A formal application to a specific lender will be required and will be subject to that lender's underwriting, valuation and credit checks at the time of application. This confirmation is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After that date the applicant should be reassessed to reflect any changes in lender criteria or personal circumstances.
