Built to satisfy what the court actually orders

Financial remedy consent orders under the Accelerated First Appointment Procedure typically require each party to serve evidence of their mortgage raising capacity in the form of a certificate from a mortgage broker, covering:

  • (i) The basis of the calculation — the information and assumptions the figure is built on
  • (ii) The maximum mortgage the broker believes that party could secure
  • (iii) The term of that mortgage
  • (iv) The repayments that would be required, on both a repayment and an interest-only basis

Every BrightMCR report is structured to cover all four points as standard — so the report your client receives is already in the form the order requires, without you needing to chase amendments or a second document.
